FAQ

Do I need an account to see pricing and place an order?

Yes, as a strategic and wholesale supplier to IT companies around the globe, we are capable of delivering products at prices and speeds not available through other sources.  As such, we value the competitive edge our customers receive and require an active account to purchase product from our inventory.

 

How do I set up an account with you?

Easy!  If your company already has a relationship with B2X, please send your primary contact an email requesting access and we will provide credentials immediately.  You can also submit a request from the Contact Us page.

 

If you'd like to set-up an account with Net credit terms, please visit our Account Setup page and complete the application.  Most customer accounts are approved same day.

 

How do I pay for online orders?

Most of our customers have established credit terms in place.  As such, when our team receives and processes your order - they will apply it against those Net terms.  If your company pays via credit card or other method, we will charge the card on file or reach out to collect payment prior to the product shipping from our facility.

What is your Returns policy?

We have a liberal return policy that allows customers to return any new & unopened item within 30 days of delivery for full credit.  We'll also provide a pre-paid shipping label is the return is the result of our error (incorrect or defective item, etc).

To start a return, simply contact your rep.  If you're not sure who your rep is, just visit the Contact Us page and provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

 

What is your Shipping policy?

We can ship to virtually any address in the world and can utilize just about any carrier and method.

As a standard course, orders ship via FedEx Ground at no charge to our customers.  If you would like to expedite your order, please select the shipping speed your desire and we'll pass through our heavily discount rates with FedEx for upgraded shipping methods.  Non-standard methods just as courier service and LTL freight are available.

Importantly - if you aren't sure which method would be best, but have a clear delivery deadline to hit for your project, just contact your rep and inform of the date you require.  We will manage the order and shipping method to meet and exceed the needed timeframe.

 

What if I need a lower price?

If your deal is highly competitive or has size/volume - our Inside Sales Team can likely approve a discount to meet your target and ensure you win the deal at an attractive profit margin.  These pricing approvals often happen within 15 minutes of being requested.

 

What if I have more questions or need pre-sales support?
